1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop printimon.com. Deviating customer terms will not be accepted unless we have explicitly agreed to them in writing.

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

(1) The product presentations in the online shop do not represent legally binding offers, but invitations to place an order.

(2) By clicking the “Buy now” button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the items in your shopping cart.

(3) An automatic confirmation of order receipt is sent by email but does not yet constitute acceptance of your offer.

(4) The contract becomes binding once we confirm your order via email or dispatch the goods.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are final prices in euros and include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately during the checkout process.

Currently: Free shipping within Germany and the EU 🎉 – valid until further notice.

5. Payment Methods

Payment is made in advance. Orders are shipped once payment has been received.

6. Delivery and Shipping

We deliver within Germany and the European Union. Delivery is made to the address provided at checkout.

Germany: 2–4 business days
EU: 3–7 business days

Delivery times apply from the date of payment receipt.

7. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal as described in our Cancellation Policy.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized products that are specifically printed according to your wishes.

9. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply. Minor deviations in color, shape, or surface may occur due to the 3D printing process and materials used and do not constitute a defect in the legal sense.

10. Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, we are liable only for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, or for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). In such cases, liability is limited to the foreseeable, typically occurring damage.

11. Copyrights & Licensing Notes

All Printimon figures are produced in compliance with the respective license conditions of the original designers.

The underlying 3D models come from independent artists and designers who provide their work under commercial-use licenses. Printimon properly acquires these licenses to print and distribute the models.

All rights to the original designs remain with the respective creators. Printimon claims no intellectual property rights to the 3D model files themselves, but only to the physical realization (the 3D-printed object) and the brand presentation (“Printimon”).

Reproduction, digital distribution, or sharing of the 3D model files is strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized by the respective artist or by Printimon.

12. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

13. Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Mandatory legal provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected.
